Add-ins offer powerful, optional features that enhance Excel’s functionality. By default, these add-ins are not available in Excel and need to be installed. Fortunately, the installation process is simple and takes just about a minute.

Compatibility

ChartEngine for Windows is compatible with Excel 2013, Excel 2016, Excel 2019, Excel 2021, and Microsoft 365.
ChartEngine for Mac is compatible with Excel 2016, Excel 2019, Excel 2021, and Microsoft 365 for Mac.

Licensing

ChartEngine for Excel and ChartEngine for Mac operate under a floating license model, managed through a license server for efficient product administration and compliance monitoring.

2-Workstations Version: Use the product on up to 2 workstations with no subscriptions or extra fees.
5-Workstations Version: Extend usage to up to 5 workstations.

ChartEngine is fully portable. You can share your work with colleagues or with your boss. If you have an installed add-in, you can do what you want (create, modify, etc.)

You can view the dashboard easily if the add-in is not installed on the PC. You can also modify the actual values, which will reflect the chart. However, you cannot create/remove zones for gauges without the add-in.

Charts and custom data visualizations: Dynamic or static?

We can categorize visualizations into two groups: dynamic and static. Let’s clarify the difference between these two types. A dynamic chart automatically updates when a value changes. A static visualization needs to be regenerated, typically taking about 1 second.

How will I be notified of changes and updates? You will be notified by email if the purchased item is updated.

Is it a one-time fee? Absolutely! Pay once, and use the add-in permanently. No monthly fees and subscriptions are necessary. You will also get free LIFETIME upgrades.

I paid; where do I download my software? After you have completed your payment process at PayPal, check your email, where you will find a download link to your add-in. That’s all!
